Linda P. O’Gorman, Esq. is an experienced attorney admitted to the New York Bar with decades of practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, COVID-related litigation, nursing home negligence, elder law, and Surrogate’s Court proceedings. Over the course of her career, she has represented clients in cases involving complex medical and legal issues, with a reputation for thorough research, effective strategy, and compassionate advocacy.
In recent years, Linda has dedicated much of her practice to traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases, combining her litigation expertise with a personal commitment to advocacy for survivors and their families. She views her role not only as a litigator, but also as an educator and ally for those whose voices are too often overlooked.
Beyond the practice of law, Linda has long been passionate about travel and cultural exploration. She has completed marathons across the world, frequently running to raise funds for breast cancer charities and other causes close to her heart. Today, she carries that same spirit of dedication into her professional and personal life, continuing to serve with energy, purpose, and compassion.
