The Small Print
Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows to assure consistency and are applicable to all conference registration fees:
- All cancellation requests must be sent to email@example.com.
- An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 90 days before the scheduled event.
- Cancellation requests received between 60-90 days prior to the scheduled event will result in a credit of the registration fees, less any non-refundable charges from the vendor.
- Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to the scheduled event are non-refundable.
If we must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the cost of registration.
NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering, or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a brief statement in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Destination CLEs, LLC will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
As a condition of my participation in this event, I hereby waive any claim I may have against Destination CLEs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release Destination CLEs, LLC from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from my participation or attendance at the program. I further understand and agree that all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to the presenter or speaker or to Destination CLEs, LLC. I acknowledge that participation in Destination CLEs, LLC events and activities brings some risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my well-being. If another individual participates in my place per Destination CLEs, LLC transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waives by default of transfer.
I understand that travel and gathering involve the risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release Destination CLEs, LLC and its sponsors and exhibitors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from injury, sickness, or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases due to travel to or attendance at an event sponsored by Destination CLEs, LLC.
All conference and function payments must be received prior to the conference. If no payment has been received prior to the event date, your registration will be invalid, and you will be taken off the participants list.
Registration for or attendance at our events acknowledges consent to be recorded or photographed. We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at our events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, annual reports, newsletters, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
No part of the Conference may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photograph, photocopy or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the explicit written permission of the Conference Organizers. The Conference Organizers reserve the right to record sessions in digital format or otherwise and use these and their content in future events, publications or broadcasts.
To reserve a seat at any event we require a registration deposit, and full payment within three weeks.
The Conference Organizers have settled on a fixed registration fee for all participants to encourage attendance during the entire conference and to provide the conference financing. The fixed registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the conference. The fixed registration fee will cover registration, meals as specified in the program. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi or transportation, parking, laundry, conference photograph or any other personal expenses.
I will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask when requested and/or required, minimizing face touching, frequently washing hands, and avoiding risky environments such as overcrowded bars or restaurants. I agree to not attend any Destination CLEs, LLC event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.
Destination CLEs, LLC and its affiliates do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before engaging in any transaction or you may refer to irs.gov.
Unforeseen circumstances are used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Destination CLEs, LLC from continuing with the event. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and registration numbers that are below our minimum or minimums of lodging providers.
