The course addresses common risks related to advertising, solicitation, confidentiality, attorney-client relationships, and professional misconduct in online platforms. Participants will gain practical guidance for using social media ethically and effectively while protecting clients, maintaining professionalism, and safeguarding the integrity of the legal profession.
