LeeAnn is the Managing Partner and co-owner of Spangler Pacheco & Werbelow, PA, a boutique law firm specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions and estate planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
With extensive experience as both General Counsel for a private development group and in private practice, LeeAnn brings a well-rounded perspective to real estate law and its related areas—including leasing, lending and mortgages, strategic debt management, deeds and trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, and probate. She has led numerous multi-million-dollar, multi-party real estate deals, handling contract negotiation and drafting for acquisitions, development projects, leasing, and sales of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
LeeAnn is also the forthcoming author of Seise Legalese, a practical guide series designed to help readers understand and navigate common legal documents.
