Jeff Hammerschmidt

Mr. Hammerschmidt began his career as an associate attorney at McCormick Barstow, LLP, focusing on Insurance Coverage and Defense. He then served over 12 years as a Fresno County Deputy District Attorney, working in misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence, sexual assault, workers’ comp fraud, and homicides. He spent 18 months as a felony filing deputy, reviewing over 5,000 cases to determine whether to file charges, what charges to bring, or whether to request further investigation.
