This session explores the intersection of law and artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on the legal challenges AI presents, including issues related to intellectual property, online privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection. Students will examine recent legal developments in this rapidly evolving field while also exploring the ethical dilemmas technology introduces. This session focuses on space law and the emerging “newspace” sector, highlighting opportunities and developments within the industry. Students will gain an understanding of the historical trends in space law and evaluate recent advancements and opportunities in the newspace sector.
