Leslie Jensen is the CEO of the firm, leading operations and advancing its client-centered approach to personal injury law. With a background in social work and psychology, she has helped shape a model of legal representation that combines exceptional advocacy with meaningful client support. Leslie earned a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah. Recognizing a gap in the personal injury industry, she and husband, co-founder, Jacob built a firm grounded in compassion, service, and advocacy, integrating social work principles into legal practice. As CEO, Leslie oversees operations, client experience, community outreach, and strategic growth. She is passionate about expanding access to resources for underserved communities and ensuring clients receive support during challenging times. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, and exploring the outdoors.
