Loving, a minister, attorney, and ICF-certified executive coach, introduces the POWER framework, woven together with the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2024) on generative AI, and current research on cognitive load, flow, and sustainable performance. Participants examine where AI can responsibly reduce administrative burden and create capacity for higher-order legal reasoning, and where it introduces new risks to competence (Rule 1.1), confidentiality (Rule 1.6), supervision (Rules 5.1 and 5.3), and the mitigation of bias.
