W. Forrest Fischer is a partner at Moulton Law Office in Driggs, Idaho, where he focuses on civil litigation, business law, real estate law, and transactional law. His diverse legal experience includes serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Fremont County, Idaho, as well as previously working as a contract public defender for Teton County, Idaho. A JD/MBA graduate of Gonzaga University, Forrest is deeply engaged in Idaho’s legal community. He is a member of the Idaho Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, Secretary of the Idaho 7th Judicial District Bar Association, and Vice President of the Eagle Rock Inns of Court. Committed to legal education, he is an adjunct professor at Idaho State University, where he teaches paralegal studies. By the time of the cruise, he will have also completed Idaho’s Academy of Leadership for Lawyers, further strengthening his leadership within the profession.
