Joe Novello began his career in accounting and management consulting at Ernst & Young in New York City. He obtained his CPA license in New York and his MBA in Finance from New York University. He maintains his CPA license by completing continuing professional education in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation and general business topics.
Joe has vast experience with several domestic and foreign Fortune technology companies. His positions included the titles of Controller, CFO, Director of Planning and Analysis and Director of Sales Operations. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Since founding the Financial Training Organization in 2010, Joe has presented his finance programs to thousands of participants in 17 U.S. states and Canada. His goal is to share an easy-to-understand approach that will make dealing with financial matters more manageable.
