Jessica Dorsey, J.D., LL.M., is an international lawyer specializing in humanitarian law, human rights law, and public international law. She teaches these subjects at University College Utrecht and the Conflict and Security track of the Public International Law master’s program. She is also helping establish an interdisciplinary Open-Source Global Justice Investigations Lab. With over a decade of experience in research and advocacy at national, regional, and international levels, including the UN, Jessica is a leading expert in the field of drone warfare. She leads the Realities of Algorithmic Warfare project, serves as an Executive Board Member of Airwars, Chairs the Dutch Airwars Foundation, and holds the position of Associate Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism, The Hague while also serving as the Managing Editor of Opinio Juris.
