Hafsteinn Dan Kristjánsson is a professor of law at the The University of Iceland and Stipendiary Lecturer at St Anne’s College, University of Oxford. Dr. Kristjánsson received his LLM from Harvard law school and his DPhil in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. He served as Deputy to the Parliamentary Ombudsman in Iceland for four years and has written extensively on administrative law.
