Marketing & Sales Specialist
(Part-Time, Remote)
About the Role
Destination CLEs is growing fast, and we need a Marketing & Sales Specialist who is focused on one thing: bringing in registrations that increase revenue. This role is built entirely around high-ROI tasks — converting leads, driving urgency, expanding bar partnerships, and filling our Eduvacation℠ conferences.
If you know how to turn interest into paid registrations, we want you. As you become fully trained and begin contributing to revenue, there will be opportunities to increase your hours and progress within the position.
Your Primary Mission
Generate profit through marketing execution and direct lead conversion.
Everything you do supports revenue. No filler tasks.
High-ROI Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion (Top Priority)
- Follow up with every warm lead within 24 hours
- Convert attorneys who have inquired, clicked, or partially registered
- Send personalized emails to past clients to drive repeat bookings
- Re-engage abandoned carts and stalled inquiries
- Track follow-ups in a simple system and maintain “hot lead” lists
2. Demand-Driving Marketing Tasks
- Write and deploy high-impact email campaigns that drive registrations
- Create urgency pushes around deadlines, room blocks, and pricing increases
- Set up resends, countdown sequences, and last-chance reminders
- Turn each conference into a weekly “micro-campaign” to keep demand high
3. Bar Association Revenue Expansion
- Pitch our CLE Partner Advantage Program to state bar associations
- Get conferences added to bar calendars, newsletters, and websites
- Follow up consistently until each bar gives a clear yes/no
- Track outreach in a spreadsheet or CRM
4. Social & Paid Ad ROI Activities
- Maintain Meta remarketing audiences and follow-up touchpoints
- Write captions that convert interest into registrations
- Post reminders, deadlines, and conference highlights that drive clicks
5. Revenue Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain weekly report: leads, conversions, revenue generated
- Identify the highest-performing conferences and double down
- Flag slow-selling destinations so we can push harder
- Provide clear ROI data so we know what’s working
Who You Are
- MUST have experience in the CLE world
- Confident with marketing AND light sales
- Comfortable following up via email and phone
- Organized, self-directed, and motivated by results
- Strong writer who understands urgency and persuasion
- Someone who likes seeing the direct impact of their work
Key Skills
- Email marketing (Constant Contact preferred)
- Warm sales follow-up
- Light CRM/lead tracking
- Basic Meta Ads familiarity
- Strong writing
- Ability to communicate clearly with partners (bars, attorneys, vendors)
Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- Fully remote
- Must be able to respond to leads same-day or within 24 hours
