The program also outlines the basic roadmap of litigation when a case does not resolve during the pre-litigation phase.

Topics include proper client engagement through a legal guardian or custodial parent, ensuring appropriate and complete medical treatment, monitoring the minor’s progress to maximum medical improvement, and identifying and resolving medical liens.
