Helen Tung Attorney
Helen is an experienced barrister specializing in international commercial disputes and advisory work, with a focus on international arbitration and maritime law. She has acted as counsel in high-profile cases, including those up to the Court of Appeal, and played a key role in developing the MASS regulations adopted by the IMO. With expertise in maritime security, corporate structures, and dispute resolution across the Middle East, Helen has worked with major arbitration institutions and trade associations. She holds an LLB in European, Comparative, and International Law and is a Foreign Registered Lawyer in Victoria. Outside of her legal practice, Helen is a Board member of the International Institute of Space Law and engages in space policy and AI law work. She enjoys golf, swimming, and charity fundraising.
